University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! – October Functional Circuit Training (TRX)

The aim of the program is to provide students with a motivating, supportive, and community-building circuit training experience where everyone can find their own opportunities for improvement, regardless of fitness level. The sessions are based on varied, functional exercises, allowing participants to get familiar with different training tools such as kettlebells, TRX, or resistance bands. Warm-up, stretching, and the sense of community during the workouts all play an important role.

“Sport has been a part of my everyday life for more than 15 years, bringing countless positive effects to my daily routine. As both an athlete and an enthusiastic student, my goal is to introduce my fellow students to the world of circuit training. Throughout the program, I consider it my duty to ensure that participants enjoy the sessions, regardless of their fitness level. Above all, I aim to create a cohesive, motivating, and accepting community.”

Each session requires a separate registration, allowing anyone to join as long as the given weekly time slot suits them. The classes are free of charge, but participation is limited to 10 people, with a waiting list available. There will be a total of 10 sessions throughout the semester, held every Monday.

Registration for each Monday session can be accessed via the links below (after logging in). If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration in time so that those on the waiting list have the opportunity to join.
