University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! - Tuesday Yoga ETK

The aim of the program is to introduce participants to the basics of Hatha Yoga, experience the beneficial effects of its asanas (the characteristic yoga exercises), and conclude with a short relaxation. Together, these elements provide the perfect combination for stress management and finding inner balance.

During the sessions, I strive to create a calm and intimate atmosphere where everyone can slow down, turn inward, and practice with the support of my instructions. My goal is to help participants connect more deeply with themselves, find peace, and take a break from the rush of everyday life.

University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! – Wednesday ultimate frisbee at TTK

The Frisbee Club is for those who like to stay active, are open to trying new sports, and are looking for a sense of community at the same time. It doesn’t matter if you’re trying it for the first time or you’re already an experienced player – here, it’s all about energy, fun, and a great atmosphere.

If you’d like to break away from everyday routines, get some exercise, and meet new people along the way, the Frisbee Club is the place for you.
