University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! – October Pilates at Szalay
The goal of the mat Pilates classes is to help participants consciously strengthen their core muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Regular practice of the exercises contributes to better overall well-being, a sense of lightness in the body, and the joy of everyday movement. The sessions are held in small groups and a friendly atmosphere, ensuring that everyone receives personalized attention and can safely learn the correct technique. The program is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants.
Each session requires separate registration, allowing anyone to join if the weekly time slot suits them. The classes are free of charge, but participation is limited to 15 people, with a waiting list available. There will be a total of 10 sessions throughout the semester, held every Tuesday.
Registration for each Tuesday session can be accessed via the links below (after logging in). If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration in time so that those on the waiting list also have the opportunity to join.
