In line with the Healthy University initiative, we are offering a variety of movement programs throughout March! Join the PTE Blue Zone community and find the best way for you to recharge – whether it’s pilates, body shaping, spinal training, yoga or circuit training.
The aim of the program is to help participants learn and practice the basics of mat pilates, which contributes to improving posture, strengthening core muscles, increasing flexibility, and achieving overall well-being.

The program aims to develop physical endurance and muscular strength, while its community-building and stress-relieving effects contribute to the physical and mental well-being of the university community.

Body shaping
The sessions are body-shaping, medium-intensity workouts that focus on full-body strengthening and mobilizing exercises.

The aim of the classes is to provide university citizens with regular, health-promoting exercise opportunities, particularly to prevent and alleviate complaints resulting from poor posture and a sedentary lifestyle.

Stretching and mobility exercises increase joint range of motion, allow freer and easier movement, reduce muscle tension and pain, support regeneration, improve posture, and help recharge both physically and mentally.

The aim of the program is to introduce participants to the basics of Hatha Yoga, experience the beneficial effects of its asanas (the characteristic yoga exercises), and conclude with a short relaxation.

Chess, billiards and frisbee clubs will also be launched in 2026.

The class is free with a PTE Alumni membership card; valid alumni membership is a prerequisite, and in all cases participants MUST POSSESS AN ALUMNI MEMBERSHIP CARD.

Dance enthusiasts can choose from different dance forms for relaxation and fun.
