Want to try boxing, but have absolutely no interest in stepping into the ring with someone? Then this is the class for you. In HobbyBox, we’ll learn and practice the basic punches and simple combinations, then put them into practice on the heavy bags.

• No sparring or fighting with other participants
• No previous boxing experience required
• Never worn boxing gloves before? No problem!

This class gives your whole body a great workout while improving your endurance and coordination. It’s also a great way to clear your head, let off some steam, and have fun while moving.

If you have your own boxing gloves, feel free to bring them along from your very first class! If you don’t have any yet, no worries. For regular attendance, however, we ask that you use your own gloves for hygiene reasons. Clean indoor training shoes, water, and a towel are required.

Each session requires separate registration, so anyone can join as long as the weekly time slot suits them. The class is free of charge, but places are limited to 10 participants. A waiting list is also available. The sessions take place every Wednesday.

Registration for each session is available via the links below (after logging in). If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend, please cancel your registration in good time so that people on the waiting list have the opportunity to join. Registration opens every Thursday at 8:00 a.m. for the following week’s session.
