
Our HYROX training sessions provide an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to prepare in a focused way for the PTE HRX Challenge in May. During the sessions, we practice tasks that may appear in the competition, helping you develop both endurance and strength while preparing for real race situations. You can get ready either individually or together with your teammate for the challenge!
Please make sure to bring a spare pair of training shoes to every session!
Each session requires separate registration, so anyone can join if the given weekly time slot works for them. The class is free of charge, but participation is limited: we can accommodate 20 people, and a waiting list is also available.
Registration for each session can be accessed via the links below (after logging in). If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration in time so that those on the waiting list also have a chance to join. Registration always opens on the Thursday prior to the event at 8:00 AM.
