University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! - December Yoga
The aim of the program is to introduce participants to the basics of Hatha Yoga, experience the beneficial effects of its asanas (the characteristic yoga exercises), and conclude with a short relaxation. Together, these elements provide the perfect combination for stress management and finding inner balance.
During the sessions, I strive to create a calm and intimate atmosphere where everyone can slow down, turn inward, and practice with the support of my instructions. My goal is to help participants connect more deeply with themselves, find peace, and take a break from the rush of everyday life.
Each class requires separate registration, so anyone can join who is available at the given weekly time. Participation is free of charge, but places are limited: we can welcome up to 12 participants, and a waiting list is also available. The semester will include a total of 10 sessions, held on Tuesdays.
Registration for each session is available through the links below (after logging in). If you already know in advance that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration in time so that those on the waiting list may join.
