Come and experience our unique method and equipment at one of our 30-minute free Reformer Pilates trial sessions.
Get to know the reformer machine and the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates, while discovering how we combine Pilates precision with dynamic, cardio-based elements. An effective, varied and energizing workout from the very first session.
The open class will take place on May 30, 2026, between 12:00 and 14:00. Participation is free of charge for those who have previously attended any mat Pilates class at the New Pilates by AD Studio.
