The Pilates sessions at Szalay Kollégium, which many of you got to know in the previous semester, are returning for the month of March, so you can once again enjoy this opportunity to relax. The sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Dance workout is a dance-based training session where we move to well-known, upbeat music while performing cardio and bodyweight strengthening exercises. It is fun, energetic, and easy to follow, making it ideal for beginners as well.

During circuit training, participants work through timed exercises at different stations, combining strength and endurance elements.
