University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! – Monday morning Pilates at Klub 33

The purpose of the classes is to provide members of the University of Pécs community with regular posture-improving, muscle-strengthening, and stress-relieving exercise sessions, even during the academic term and exam period. The program focuses on strengthening the deep muscles and developing body awareness, promoting both physical and mental well-being.

Each session requires separate registration, so anyone can join if the scheduled time works for them. The class is free of charge, but participation is limited: we can host up to 15 people, and a waiting list is also available. Sessions are held on Mondays. 

Registration for each session is available through the links below (after logging in). If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration in time so that those on the waiting list can join. Registration always begins at 8 a.m. on the Tuesday before the event.

University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! – Friday afternoon circuit training and body shaping at FitnexX

Circuit training

Variety, high energy, and a full-body workout in just one hour!

Our circuit training is an expert-led class performed to the beat of the music or set time intervals. We set up stations using bodyweight exercises, functional gear (G-flex, TRX, Kettlebells, resistance bands, agility ladders), and gym machines. Combined with cardio elements, you can expect a serious "afterburn" effect. Exercises are performed under full supervision to ensure safety and prevent injury. We place a heavy emphasis on proper warm-ups and stretching.

Recommended for:

  • Those looking to build muscle, lose weight, and get in shape.
  • People who prefer working at their own pace.
  • Anyone aiming to improve strength-endurance and coordination through resistance training.
  • Those who don’t mind pushing their calorie burn to the max.

Body shaping

Want toned muscles and firmer lines? This class is for you!

A dynamic, full-body strengthening workout that focuses on "critical zones": the abs, waist, thighs, and glutes. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises and various equipment, we guarantee an effective workout and a great atmosphere!

  • Those looking to achieve a more sculpted, toned physique.
  • Anyone seeking a feminine yet empowering form of movement.
  • Those wanting to improve their posture and overall well-being.
  • People looking for a healthy, sustainable way to shape their body.
  • Everyone who finds balance and confidence through exercise.
  • Primarily for women, and for men who enjoy being surrounded by them!

Each session requires separate registration, so anyone can join according to the given week’s schedule. PTE alumni members, employees, and students can participate free of charge. The number of spots is limited: a maximum of 15 participants per session. For fully booked sessions, a waiting list is available.

Registration opens every Thursday at 8:00 AM prior to the event.
