University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! – Thursday morning pilates at New Pilates Studio

The classes at New Pilates by AD Pécs are based on the principles of classical Pilates, approached with a modern, dynamic perspective. During the sessions, we focus on strengthening the deep muscles, developing body awareness, and promoting harmonious movement. You can join us for both mat and equipment Pilates classes (reformer, ladder chair, and tower), making the workouts varied and effective. The goal is not only to strengthen and shape the body but also to develop proper movement patterns, helping your body become stronger, more stable, and better balanced in everyday life.

Each session requires separate registration, so anyone can join if the scheduled time works for them. The class is free of charge, but participation is limited: we can host up to 6 people, and a waiting list is also available. Sessions are held on Thursday.

Registration for each session is available through the links below (after logging in). If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration in time so that those on the waiting list can join. Registration always begins at 8 a.m. on the Friday before the event.

University Sport in Pécs in the Blue Zone – Monday Stretching and Mobility at ÄRA Pilates Studio

Welcome to ÄRA Pilates Studio, located in the heart of the university district in Pécs. Our boutique-style studio, with its use of natural materials and clean, minimalist atmosphere, creates a space where movement becomes a true experience.

Our studio operates based on the STOTT principles—one of the most modern, science-based movement methods, focusing on the natural mechanics of the spine, proper muscle activation, and safe, progressive loading.

As a result, our classes are precise and, even in small groups, personalized, supporting your long-term development—from beginner to advanced levels.

Our mission is to create an inspiring environment where everyone can find their own rhythm, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether it’s regular training, returning after a longer break, rehabilitation-focused exercise, or postnatal recovery, our sessions always prioritize high-quality, mindful, and controlled movement.

Participation is free, but registration is required! Registration is available by clicking on the event date and opens every Tuesday at 8:00 AM prior to the event.
