University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! – December Pilates at Klub 33
The purpose of the classes is to provide members of the University of Pécs community with regular posture-improving, muscle-strengthening, and stress-relieving exercise sessions, even during the academic term and exam period. The program focuses on strengthening the deep muscles and developing body awareness, promoting both physical and mental well-being.
Each session requires separate registration, so anyone can join if the scheduled time works for them. The class is free of charge, but participation is limited: we can host up to 15 people, and a waiting list is also available. Sessions are held on Mondays.
Registration for each session is available through the links below (after logging in). If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration in time so that those on the waiting list can join.
