Here’s your chance to put your skills to the test and become a FoodliterACE yourself. If you’d like to spend a fun and creative afternoon with us while preparing some healthy and delicious food, don’t hesitate to sign up for our workshop. Pécsi Egyetemi Sport a Kék Zónában! – Csütörtöki dance workout a Szalay Kollégiumban

A dance workout egy táncalapú edzés, ahol ismert, lendületes zenékre mozgunk, miközben kardió- és saját testsúlyos erősítő gyakorlatokat végzünk. Szórakoztató, energikus és könnyen követhető, így kezdőknek is ideális. A koreográfiák különböző stílusúak, a hangsúly a mozgás örömén, az önkifejezésen és a feltöltődésen van.

Segíti az állóképesség fejlesztését, a testformálást és a stresszoldást, miközben erősíti az önbizalmat. Az órák a PTE minden hallgatója és dolgozója számára nyitottak, bármikor csatlakozhatsz – előképzettség nem szükséges, csak edzőruha és víz kell.

Az alkalmak minden esetben külön regisztrációhoz kötöttek, így bárki csatlakozhat, akinek megfelel az adott heti időpont. Az óra ingyenes, a részvétel azonban limitált: 20 főt tudunk fogadni, és várólista is rendelkezésre áll. Az alkalmakra csütörtökönként kerül sor. 

A regisztráció minden alkalomra a lenti linkeken érhető el (belépés után). Kérjük, ha valaki előre tudja, hogy mégsem tud részt venni, időben mondja le a jelentkezést, hogy a várólistásoknak is legyen lehetősége csatlakozni.  A regisztráció mindig az eseményt megelőző pénteken, reggel 8 órakor kezdődik.

Pécsi Egyetemi Sport a Kék Zónában! – Csütörtöki Jóga az ETK-n

A program célja, hogy a résztvevők megismerjék a Hatha jóga alapjait, ászanáinak (a jógára jellemző speciális gyakorlatok) jótékony hatásait, mindezt egy kis relaxációval kiegészítve. Ez a kombináció tökéletes eszköz a stressz kezelésére és a belső egyensúly megteremtésére.

Az órák során igyekszem mindig meghitt, nyugodt hangulatot teremteni, ahol mindenki elcsendesedhet, magába merülve gyakorolhat, az instrukcióim segítségével. Célom, hogy minden résztvevő közelebb kerülhessen önmagához, lelassulhasson, és kiszakadjon a rohanó mindennapokból.

Az alkalmak minden esetben külön regisztrációhoz kötöttek, így bárki csatlakozhat, akinek megfelel az adott heti időpont. Az óra ingyenes, a részvétel azonban limitált: 12 főt tudunk fogadni, és várólista is rendelkezésre áll.

University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! – Thursday spinal training at Club 33

The aim of the classes is to provide university citizens with regular, health-promoting exercise opportunities, particularly to prevent and alleviate complaints resulting from poor posture and a sedentary lifestyle.

Each session requires separate registration, allowing anyone to join who is available at the given weekly time. The class is free of charge, but participation is limited: we can accommodate up to 15 people, and a waiting list is also available. The sessions take place on Thursdays.

Registration for each session can be accessed via the links below (after logging in). If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend, please cancel your registration in time so that those on the waiting list have the opportunity to join. Registration always begins at 8 a.m. on the Thursday before the event.

University Sports at the University of Pécs in the Blue Zone! – Thursday Dance Workout at the Szalay Dormitory

Dance Workout is a dance-based fitness class where we move to well-known, upbeat songs while performing cardio and bodyweight strengthening exercises. It is fun, energetic, and easy to follow, making it ideal for beginners. The choreographies vary in style, with the focus on the joy of movement, self-expression, and physical and mental recharge.

The class helps improve endurance, shape the body, and reduce stress, while also boosting self-confidence. Sessions are open to all students and staff of the University of Pécs, and you can join at any time—no prior dance or sports experience is required, just workout clothes and a bottle of water.

Each session requires separate registration, so anyone can join if the weekly time suits them. The class is free of charge, but participation is limited to 20 people, with a waiting list available. Sessions take place every Thursday.

University Sports of Pécs in the Blue Zone! - Thursday Yoga ETK

The aim of the program is to introduce participants to the basics of Hatha Yoga, experience the beneficial effects of its asanas (the characteristic yoga exercises), and conclude with a short relaxation. Together, these elements provide the perfect combination for stress management and finding inner balance.

During the sessions, I strive to create a calm and intimate atmosphere where everyone can slow down, turn inward, and practice with the support of my instructions. My goal is to help participants connect more deeply with themselves, find peace, and take a break from the rush of everyday life.

Each class requires separate registration, so anyone can join who is available at the given weekly time. Participation is free of charge, but places are limited: we can welcome up to 12 participants, and a waiting list is also available.

Az órák célja, hogy az egyetemi polgárok számára rendszeres, egészségmegőrző mozgáslehetőséget biztosítson, különösen a helytelen testtartásból és ülő  életmódból eredő panaszok megelőzésére és enyhítésére.
