The aim of the program is to help participants learn and practice the basics of mat pilates, which contributes to improving posture, strengthening core muscles, increasing flexibility, and achieving overall well-being. The classes are held in small groups to ensure individual attention and correct exercise execution. The program is open to both beginners and advanced participants.
