In line with the Healthy University initiative, we are offering a variety of movement programs throughout December! Join the PTE Blue Zone community and find the best way for you to recharge – whether it’s pilates, body shaping,spinal training or circuit training.

  • Pilates

​The aim of the program is to help participants learn and practice the basics of mat pilates, which contributes to improving posture, strengthening core muscles, increasing flexibility, and achieving overall well-being.
