Each class requires separate registration, so anyone can join who is available at the given weekly time. Participation is free of charge, but places are limited: we can welcome up to 15 participants, and a waiting list is also available.
Registration for each session is available through the links below (after logging in). If you already know in advance that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration in time so that those on the waiting list may join. Registration always begins at 8 a.m. on the Thursday before the event.
