Become a FoodliterACE at the PTE-Womens health on the plate: cycle synch nutrition, IR,PMOS and prevention

October brings a special focus to women's health and the importance of prevention. It is an excellent opportunity to discuss—in accessible terms—the role that everyday dietary and lifestyle choices play in maintaining health, supporting hormonal and metabolic processes, and fostering long-term well-being.

During the presentation, we will cover nutritional aspects that support women's health, including the roles of a varied diet, fiber intake, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, and healthy fats. We will also pay special attention to topics affecting many people—such as insulin resistance, PMOS, and cycle-conscious nutrition—as well as the nutritional advice and misconceptions regarding women's health frequently encountered on social media.

We also discuss common claims regarding nutrition and cancer prevention, but we are not looking for miracle cures or a single "protective" ingredient. Our goal is to provide a credible, balanced perspective—applicable to everyday life—on the relationship between women's health, lifestyle, and prevention.

The program helps you better understand the connections between nutrition, lifestyle, hormonal and metabolic function, your cycle, and maintaining health, as well as how to support your body’s functioning during the autumn season through small, realistic steps.

Join our presentation if…

- you are interested in how nutrition can support women's health;
- you want to learn more about the link between lifestyle and conditions like insulin resistance and PMOS;
- you are curious about what "cycle-conscious nutrition" actually means and where exaggerated claims begin;
- you want to navigate the nutritional advice regarding women's health circulating on social media;
- you are interested in the role a varied, fiber-rich diet plays in maintaining health;
- you want to better understand the common misconceptions surrounding nutrition and cancer prevention;
- you are looking for practical, credible advice free from extremes.

This presentation is not about strict dietary rules, prohibitions, or "miracle" methods. Our goal is to foster more informed decision-making through clear information, everyday examples, and a scientifically grounded approach.

We recommend this presentation to women, university students, young adults, and health-conscious individuals, as well as anyone interested in the connections between women's health, the menstrual cycle, insulin resistance, PCOS, lifestyle, and nutrition. It will also be useful for those wishing to navigate the common claims, trends, and misconceptions surrounding women's health, cancer prevention, and healthy eating.
