On October 10, the PTE Sports Office is organizing an internal tennis tournament for members of the university community in Pécs. The organizers welcome students, lecturers, and staff members of the institution to a joint competition at the clay courts of Pécs 2000 Tennis Club, with beginner and advanced categories for both women's and men's singles.

Date: Saturday, October 10, 8:00 AM
Venue: Pécs 2000 Tennis Club (22 Tüzér Street, Pécs)
Format: The competition format will be determined depending on the number of participants.
Participants: PTE students and staff members
Categories:
Amateur – For those who play tennis only occasionally and would like to try competing in a tennis tournament.
Advanced – For regular tennis players with previous competition experience.
Awards: Trophies for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-place finishers in each event!
Equipment: We can provide a limited number of tennis rackets. When registering, please indicate whether you will be participating with your own racket.
Registration: Starting September 24, registration can be completed here within the event by selecting the appropriate category.
Registration deadline: October 8, 2026
Draw and match schedule: Will be sent by email on October 9, 2026.
