In line with the Healthy University initiative, we are offering a variety of movement programs throughout November! Join the PTE Blue Zone community and find the best way for you to recharge – whether it’s pilates, yoga, body shaping, spinal training or functional circuit training.
The program aims to develop physical endurance and muscular strength, while its community-building and stress-relieving effects contribute to the physical and mental well-being of the university community.

The aim of the program is to help participants learn and practice the basics of mat pilates, which contributes to improving posture, strengthening core muscles, increasing flexibility, and achieving overall well-being.

Connect with yourself and the community through the yoga sessions! The goal of these practices is stress relief and mental refreshment – suitable for all experience levels.
The sessions are body-shaping, medium-intensity workouts that focus on full-body strengthening and mobilizing exercises.

The aim of the classes is to provide university citizens with regular, health-promoting exercise opportunities, particularly to prevent and alleviate complaints resulting from poor posture and a sedentary lifestyle.

We are waiting for your applications!
